SHIPPING & PROCESSING

Once your order ships, an automated e-mail notification will be sent to the e-mail address provided. Additionally, you may log into your Farmers Spice account to retrieve your tracking number.

Farmers Spice cannot be held liable for confirmed deliveries that are not received. If your order has been confirmed as delivered via the tracking system provided, we recommend that you first call your local post office to inquire further.

GENERAL SHIPPING & DELIVERY TERM

  • We primarily use USPS, FEDEX, and UPS for shipping.
  • Orders processed same day if received by 1:00 PM Pacific Time on weekdays. Orders after 1:00 PM or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
  • Most products ship within 1 business day of order receipt.
  • If we're unable to ship within 3 business days of order receipt, we'll proactively reach out to you.
  • Standard delivery timeframe is 2-5 business days.
  • For faster delivery or local pickup in Los Angeles, please contact our customer service at spice@us-farmers.com

SPECIAL LOCATIONS

Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.

Expedited orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii require an additional day to deliver. Additional shipping fee may applied.

Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.

We wish we could offer free shipping to Hawaii & Alaska…but unfortunately we’re only able to cover shipping costs up to a certain amount before it starts affecting our margins. We, like many online stores, can only afford to offer free shipping to addresses within the contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). However, we are providing a discounted shipping rate to HI and AK orders (50% off on shipping cost applied).
